ABOUT ME

For anyone who has actually met me, I have a tendency to nerd out over food and go into exhaustive detail about things no one actually cares about. My name is Gabrielle Samek and I am a pastry chef, cook, and food dork in Toronto. My chief passions in life are being fed and feeding others (that, and a good GSM at the end of a long day).

I started the Food Dorks as a way of getting people over for dinner (friends, loved ones, and strangers), testing new recipes and old techniques, and, honestly, as an excuse to throw monthly dinner parties.
